These can obviously be made for anything, anytime. I was finally able to get my kids to eat sweet potatoes the other night when I cooked them. Yay! Aren't they perfect though as a healthy snack for a kids halloween party!
The recipe is over at Family Fun, in a nutshell though, cut your sweet potato into wedges, toss in some canola oil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Easy.
- Refrigerator pizza dough roll
- Pizza sauce
- green beans
- string cheese
- romanita tomatoes (the small round ones)
How to make:
Roll out your pizza dough and cut it into odd shaped 'squares'. They don't have to be perfect, that's the beauty of it.
Top with pizza sauce. Pepperoni for the mouth. Tomato topped with a slice of string cheese for the eye (with a little dollop of pizza sauce on top). Green beans for the hair.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes
