The past couple of days while the kids have been nursing slight head colds I’ve been relaxing in front of movies and making headbands for little Miss M. I think I’m developing quite an obsession for hair accessories for my little girl. She’s going to have quite the collection soon.
The pattern for the basic headband can be found at Lion Brand. All you have to do is register (which is free) and they have quite a large collection of free patterns to choose from.
Purely by chance I had a Lion Brand yarn in my huge yarn stash called Cupcake that I knitted each of the headbands with.
Then I added embellishments of silk flowers, beads, felt and a knitted flower to the headbands.
