We are having a wonderful summer. The kids have been spending a lot of time with their friends (which means I get to spend a lot of time with my friends).
Today there was a wonderful birthday party for two of our adorable little princess friends. As you can see by the photo, Flynn thoroughly enjoyed his cake.
Earlier in the week we had a lovely play date with our friends Tutu Monkey (who was in town visiting) and Goofball Adderley and The Butterball.
Last week our fabulous friends Allie-gator Tales and Is The Grass Greener came to visit too. We had a lovely playdate at Dennis The Menace Park.
Oh how we miss our Southern California friends, but we sure do love the new friends we've made since moving to Monterey. Although the day will come when we miss them too. Such is the life of a military family.
