I’m a snacker…a grazer…a forager for yummy things.
Yes, I’ll eat a proper dinner (most of the time … except those 4 nights a month that my kids are with their dad), and I’ll make a big brunch most Sundays, but aside from that, I graze. All day, every day. Even my tagline on most social media accounts now simply states that I’m ‘always eating’. Because I am.
