I'm hiding my head in shame. I gained 1 pound. I hate a set back. It's my own fault ... although I'd like to blame it on the eating of bacon that went into the making of the video below.
Here are this weeks weigh-in and measurement results:
- Weight: 157.6 lbs 170.6 lbs
- Chest: 38.5" 39"
- Waist: 36" 40"
- Hips: 39.50" 41"
- Overall: Down 13 lbs and 6"

My measurements stayed the same thankfully. One the plus side, I did buy a cocktail dress in a size 8 for the first time in many, many years. I was wearing a size 12 when I started this challenge, so I'm happy with that. I have to find the positive in this, right! Now to get that pesky pound back off again.
Instead of putting together a new recipe this week, I decided to put together a little video showing you the difference between frying and grilling bacon. See I told you it was the testing of bacon that went into the making of this video that was my downfall this week.
