Have you got game?
What are your favorite game day snacks?
If you are looking for an easy recipe that you can make the day before having guests over to watch the game, then this one for REESE'S peanut butter ice cream is perfect. There is nothing better than being prepared and not having to spend time in the kitchen when you have visitors over.
REESE'S is challenging you to take the SnackTalk Challenge. I'm going to share a little more about this with you in a minute, but first, let me tell you how to make this delicious REESE'S Peanut Butter Ice Cream.
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 2 tbs smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup REESE'S Minis
- 1/3 cup REESE'S PIECES candies
Note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe. I use a Cuisinart Stainless-Steel Ice Cream Maker.
Blend together the cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and peanut butter.
Pour the mix into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes.
While this is happening, chop your REESE'S mini and candies in half.
At the 20 minute mark slowly add them to the ice cream maker and continue churning for another couple of minutes.
Transfer your ice cream to an airtight container and pop into the freezer for at least a couple of hours, but I prefer to leave it in overnight.
Remove from the freezer and allow to soften before scooping into cones.
Now, more about the SnackTalk Challenge.
