Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Purple cabbage
  • 4 Mandarins
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 cups Grilled chicken breasts
  • 3 Green onions
  • 1 cup Wonton strips or crunchy noodle topping
  • Dressing - your favorite Asian ginger dressing

Method
 

  1. Roughly chop the lettuce and cabbage.
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into thin strips.
  3. Thinly slice the green onions.
  4. Put all of your ingredients in a large bowl and lightly toss to combine.
