Looking for an easy (and delicious) recipe to make this summer? Then this REESE’S peanut butter ice cream is for you.
REESE’S is challenging you to take the SnackTalk Challenge. I’m going to share a little more about this with you below, but first, let me tell you how to make this delicious recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream1/2 cup whole milk14oz can sweetened condensed milk1 tbs vanilla extract2 tbs smooth peanut butter1/2 cup REESE'S Minis1/3 cup REESE'S PIECES candies
Instructions
- Blend together the cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and peanut butter.
- Pour the mix into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes.
- While this is happening, chop your REESE'S mini and candies in half.
- At the 20 minute mark slowly add your candy to the ice cream maker and continue churning for another couple of minutes.
- Transfer your ice cream to an airtight container and pop into the freezer for at least a couple of hours, but I prefer to leave it in overnight.
- Remove from the freezer and allow to soften before scooping into cones.
Notes
You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe. I use a Cuisinart Stainless-Steel Ice Cream Maker.
