When I was growing up, it was a really big treat to order an ice cream float when we went out for dinner. Essentially it was just soda and ice cream, but it was delicious; like a drink and dessert in one.

Now that I’m all grown up, it’s time for my ice cream floats to grow up too, and these raspberry ice cream floats with sparkling wine are perfect for a girls’ night in.

Ingredients

• Trop50’s Raspberry Acai
• Fresh raspberries
• Sparkling wine
• Vanilla Bean ice cream
• Fresh mint

Instructions

1. Put fresh raspberries in the bottom of the glass.
2. Pour enough Trop50 Raspberry Acai into the glass to cover the raspberries.
3. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
4. Top with champagne
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
