- Blue JELL-O
- Swedish Fish
- Plastic Souffle Cups
- Toothpicks
Prepare the blue JELL-O according to the package directions and pour into the souffle cups. Place them on a tray and pop it into the refrigerator until set. Put toothpicks into each of the Swedish Fish and place into the back of jelly cup.
