Visit Knott’s Berry Farm during October for spooky fun, trick-or-treating, creepy critters, costume contests, pumpkin decorating, and more.
Disclosure: We were invited to spend a complimentary day at Knott’s Spooky Farm
Knott’s Spooky Farm is one of our favorite annual activities around Halloween time.
We could have easily spent a couple of days there to really experience all there is to do, and so you can make the most of your time there we’ve rounded up 10 activities that you won’t want to miss.
Visit the pumpkin patch and decorate a pumpkin.
The kids loved decorating their first pumpkin of the fall season, and they are proudly sitting outside on our front porch. Tip: don’t forget to take a bag to carry them around the park, or leave this activity until the end of the day.
Hang out with Stanley Scarecrow and the creepy critters of Calico at the Livery Stables.
Trick or Treat in Ghost Town.
Kids are given a special oranage bag as they enter Knott’s Berry Farm to collect their treats in, so no need to bring bags from home.
Take an art class at Dr. Sketch ‘N Stein’s Drawing Symposium.
How awesome is Marisol’s drawing in the middle. It’s no wonder her favorite class at school is art.
Check out all the spooky decorations and photo opportunities around the park.
Do a Spooky Hunt at the Ghastly Gallery.
Watch the magic ‘Monsterpiece Theater’ show.
Visit the Dia de Los Muertos celebration, for an interactive & educational experience, in Fiesta Village.
Take a ride on the Timber Mountain Log Ride that has converted into the Halloween Hootenanny.
Show off your Halloween costume at the Peanuts Costume Contest.
