February 2nd is Groundhog Day and if you like to watch the movie, then you’ll love these adorable groundhog cupcakes to enjoy while you do.
How to make groundhog cupcakes
It’s Groundhog Day on February 2nd and if you can’t make your way over to Punxsutawney, then you will need to make our Groundhog Day cupcakes to enjoy while you watch the movie.
An alternative to making cupcakes would be to make the groundhog face on the OREO and put it into dirt pudding cups. This makes a delicious gluten-free treat if you use the gluten-free OREO’s. You could also use gluten-free cupcakes too.
These would also make a delicious storytime time treat for kids while you read a book about groundhogs.
