Whether you are hosting a fall festival or party, or want backyard fun for Thanksgiving, you’ll love our DIY fall games and photo booth ideas.
DIY fall festival game
This pumpkin bean bag toss game is the latest addition to our DIY Fall Festival fun. I made this one for our school Fall Festival this year and the little ones loved it. The aim of the game, is to stand behind a line and land bean bags on each of the five pumpkin ledges.
You can make this harder by:
- Moving the line back further.
- By making them toss the beanbag in order from pumpkin 1 through pumpkin 5.
- Numbering the bean bags 1 through 5 and have kids toss them on the correct ledge.
Fall festival photo booth ideas
These two photo booth ideas I made last year for our classroom fall festival. They are still in such great condition I’ll be using them for years to come. After using them for our festival this year I loaned them to our local winery for theirs too.
You can find all the details to make this scarecrow photo booth at Make and Takes. Our game above and the photo booth below were made the same way, with the same materials, and of the same height.
This pumpkin photo booth board was not one of my ideas. Somebody I work with found it on Pinterest and asked me to make one for our fall festival. The design is from Meaningful Mama so please go over there and grab her details on how to make your own.
