These printable vintage-inspired seed packets are the perfect gift for wedding favors, Mother’s Day, teacher gifts, garden parties, a house warming, or baby shower.
It’s the perfect time for planting and spring parties and weddings, so I created these vintage printable seed packets. Fill them with seeds of your favorite flowers and add some beautiful blooms into the lives of those you love.

It is spring and the perfect time for planting. With Mother’s Day just around the corner I decided to create printable seed packets. I filled mine with wildflower seeds which would be perfect for a Mother’s Day party, spring wedding favors, give to neighbors, pop into get well baskets, or welcome to the neighborhood bags … any occasion really.
What You Need To Make Printable Seed Packets
- Printable Seed Packets (Download)
- White Cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Seeds
How To Make Printable Seed Packets
Download the Printable Seed Packets that I created using PicMonkey (Download) and print on cardstock.
Using scissors cut out each printable, fold, and then glue the side and bottom into place
Fill with seeds and glue the top down to prevent the seeds from falling out.
