I love dark chocolate, and with the cool rainy weather we are having today, I couldn’t resist whipping up a pot on the stove to enjoy while I watched movies and snuggled up with my blanket.

(makes 2 cups)

  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1/2 block dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • whipped cream (for topping)
  • OREO Dark Chocolate cookies (for topping)

Heat the half & half, dark chocolate, and sugar on the stove. Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream and crushed cookie pieces.

Hi Monika a tub of applesauce is 4oz and you’ll want about 100g of chocolate (although I like a little more so it’s thick and rich).
