These picnic crafts for adults are not only easy to make, but will take your summer picnic to a whole new level this year.
Picnic crafts for adults
DIY picnic basket
We repurposed a basket that we found at a local thrift store to make this floral picnic basket that’s perfect for summer entertaining outdoors. All you need is a bottle of wine, individual charcuterie boxes, and a picnic blanket for the most wonderful picnic in the park. You can find my full tutorial over at Make and Takes.
Semi-handmade napkins
These wine, music, and summer nights napkins are perfect for summer concerts in the park. Pack a picnic dinner, along with our picnic basket above, and you are set for an amazing night.
Burlap and lace cutlery pockets
I need to re-make these burlap and lace cutlery pockets. I’ve moved house about three times since I made these and they are missing. I loved using them not only for picnics but backyard entertaining too. You can find my instructions to make your own at Jolynne Shane’s blog.
DIY picnic caddy
Repurpose a bottle holder into a DIY picnic caddy. I’ve got all the details over at The Centsible Life. I’ve got another version of these too on our Minion pool party post. As you can see, you can make them any color you want. Fill them with condiments, bottle openers, straws, serving utensils, napkins, and more.
Napkin weight craft
These napkin weights are one of the easiest picnic crafts you can do. I’ve got all the details to make your own in any pattern you like over at The Centsible Life.
